Wonderful experience! Seamless appointment booking, the front desk was organized and kind, the waiting room is quiet and has plenty of toys for toddlers. Our orthotist was so helpful and all of our appointments were easy with very little waiting! We appreciate everyone we worked with here and would pick them again!

I was very pleased with their expertise and kindness. They fitted my husband with a brace that was a perfect fit at the first fitting. They could not have been more helpful.

Everyone I spoke with was kind, courteous and personable. They were able to answer all my questions; anything they couldn’t answer at that time was quickly answered with very prompt return calls. Additionally, Andrew was able to resolve my issues, working with my orthopedist, to properly fit my new brace. He ensured I was fully comfortable and supported; I never felt hurried during either of my appointments. Finally, I was assured if I have any issues with my new brace I shouldn’t hesitate to contact them. It’s all those little things that make the difference between success for a patient versus virtual fittings from an online supplier: the peace of mind that everything is set properly as it should be since improper fitment can cause more harm than good. I highly recommend Lawall; they really do make patient care their #1 priority!

The orthotic they crafted to fit in my shoe while being minimally invasive was truly a gift. Instead of suffering a major surgery, taking up to a year to recover from I'm living my life comfortably
